1. Acceptance

By accessing or using QuikLink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QuikLink is a link-in-bio tool that lets you create a public profile page listing your projects, links, and social handles. The Service is provided free of charge.

3. Account Registration

You sign in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or phishing links.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Scrape or harvest user data without prior written consent.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (project names, descriptions, links, etc.). By posting, you grant QuikLink a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content as part of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

6. Intellectual Property

The QuikLink name, logo, and all software are owned by QuikLink. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or proprietary materials.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuikLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
